There are a variety of ways you can be involved with PCH:
Become a member. PCH has both resident and non-resident members. Members vote in board elections, ratify the budget, and help make major decisions regarding PCH business. Some of our non-resident members are working on starting a new house. Some are involved in other, similar projects in the community.
Donate. One of PCH’s chief goals as a provider of low-income housing is to keep the cost of living down. With 501(c)3 non profit status, all sorts of donations to further the goals of PCH are tax deductible. This could mean anything from a household appliance to a house!
Loan. PCH made down-payments on its two properties because of the amazing support of community members who provided PCH with low to no interest loans. We aim to help finance the next PCH property using this model.
Ask us for advice. We are happy to share our experiences with new groups that are embarking on similar projects. See the Contact Us page.
Interested in living in one of our houses? Send us an email and we will put you on the contact list to be informed when one of our houses has a room vacancy.
